Nice choice of music

Interesting shorts with some good music choices. Artist/Title for Jazz flute in second clip? also the band/title in the clip before the credits? I realise artists are titled in the credits, but I can't find the pieces used.

Watercolours ftw

Really nice idea mixing watercolours with flash. I would however like to have seen an actual plot. Music was nice choice too.

This was my main problem as well - But then i thought "Not everything needs a plot". Check movies like 'Un Chien Andalou', those are Art and Essay Movies, which are not really supposed to make you follow a plot, but only to feel.

I'm REALLY, REALLY GLAD PEOPLE LIKED THE MUSIC, it took forever to come up with a song like that, and also the watercolor thing, i suck at watercolours.

Need a pre-loader

You need a pre-loader, i was about to close the video and comment that it was pointless nothing happened, then I realised it was loading.

Other than that, it's relatively short but amusing. You should extend it and make a couple minute long Mass Effect sketch.

This had me lolling pretty hard. The comical timing of the random(ness) was perfect, and it was certainly random.

well

without the characters being lip synced, and because they are barely moving, anything you say is really just heard and processed as some guy sitting behind his computer speaking into a microphone, more-so because the quality of your microphone sounds as such.
You also say below that this is your style of animation, however i think thats your excuse for being lazy on the lip synching and you probably already know that yourself.
Material wasn't particularly funny either.

nope ive done lip syncing in animations before, this was a slight comic style of animation. i wanted to go a different direction with the voices and havent tried this before so i decided to try it. being lazy has nothing to do with it.

lol thought the punchline was great, rest of the content could have used a few more jokes imo, and maybe a little more time taken on the art.

Thanks for your input. Unfortunately, time wasn't on my side. While in college, I had other classes and homework to take care of. I was a full-time student and had very little time to work on my final project for this class. By the time I thought of the project, I had about 3 weeks left to finish it. I'm picking up this interest in animation again and I should be churning out more and more toons soon.

I liked it, was original and had a nice uncomforting atmosphere about the characters/world. Music was good, but a similar piece without vocals would have been better.

thanks :), yeah the the music got chucked in and the ending was rushed so i could get it in before deadline, i am working on one at the minute by animation to the music, so it should work better with it.
